- ✓Design screen wireframes for all key pages and flows
- ✓Create high-fidelity UI mockups in Figma
- ✓Plan the database schema and API architecture

- →Provide feedback or change requests early (before final)
- ✓Build features in 1–2 week sprints
- ✓Share a staging link for your review after each sprint

How We Think About Client Work
Six commitments we make on every project — regardless of size or budget.
Scope is king
We document everything before starting. No verbal agreements. The project scope document is the contract — what's in, what's out, and what costs extra.
WhatsApp-first
All client communication happens in a dedicated WhatsApp group. No waiting for email replies. Weekly updates every Friday — always.
Full transparency
You get a staging link from Day 1. See your software being built in real time. No surprises at delivery.
Milestone payments
You pay in linked instalments — advance, mid-project milestone, and on delivery. Money tied to outcomes, not just time.
30-day bug warranty
Every delivery includes a 30-day free bug-fix period. If something breaks that we built, we fix it at no charge.
Built to grow
We build with your future in mind. Clean code, documented APIs, and modular architecture so Phase 2 is not a rewrite.
Typical Project Timelines
*Estimates. Final timeline and pricing shared in proposal after discovery call.
Questions About Our Process
How long does a typical software project take at Infonoxe Technologies?
Project timelines at Infonoxe Technologies depend on scope: a basic business website takes 2–3 weeks; a custom software or mobile app takes 6–14 weeks; an ERPNext implementation takes 4–12 weeks depending on modules and company size. We share a detailed project timeline with milestones in the proposal before work begins.
Does Infonoxe Technologies require advance payment?
Yes. Infonoxe Technologies requires an advance payment before beginning any project. Typically this is 40–50% of the total project cost upfront, with the remaining balance due in milestone-linked instalments as agreed in the project contract. This ensures commitment from both sides and funds the initial development phase.
How does Infonoxe Technologies communicate with clients during the project?
Infonoxe Technologies communicates with clients via a dedicated WhatsApp group created at project kickoff — shared between Omkar Gore (CEO), the project manager, and the key client contacts. Weekly progress updates are shared every Friday. Deliverables are shared for review on the staging link. Urgent decisions are escalated via call.
What happens if I want to add features during the project?
Any requirements added after the project scope is finalised are handled through a Change Request (CR) process. We document the new requirement, estimate the additional effort and cost, get client sign-off, and then add it to the sprint. This ensures transparency and prevents scope creep from affecting the original timeline.
Does Infonoxe Technologies provide post-launch support?
Yes. Every project includes a 30-day free bug-fix warranty after launch. Beyond that, Infonoxe Technologies offers Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) starting at ₹10,000/year for basic support, up to dedicated monthly retainer plans for ongoing development. Most clients continue with a monthly retainer to build additional features progressively.
