Our Process

How We Work

Every Infonoxe project follows a structured 6-phase delivery process — designed for clarity, transparency, and predictable outcomes. No surprises, no scope debates, no missed deadlines.

Weekly Updates  ·  Staging Link from Day 1  ·  Milestone Payments  ·  30-Day Bug Warranty

Phase 012–5 days

Discovery & Requirements

We understand your business, your goals, and exactly what you want the software to do.

Your Role
  • Tell us about your business and current pain points
  • Share examples of software or features you like
  • Clarify must-have vs nice-to-have requirements
What We Do
  • Conduct a 30–60 min discovery call (video or WhatsApp)
  • Document your requirements in a clear scope document
  • Map your existing processes that the software must handle
  • Identify integration points (WhatsApp, payment, ERP, etc.)
Phase 022–3 days

Proposal & Agreement

You get a transparent quote with a clear scope, timeline, payment terms, and what is included vs excluded.

Your Role
  • Review the proposal and scope document
  • Ask questions or request changes
  • Sign the agreement and pay the advance
What We Do
  • Prepare a detailed project proposal with scope, timeline, and cost
  • Break the project into phases and milestones
  • Define deliverables and acceptance criteria for each phase
  • Share the payment schedule linked to milestones
Phase 031–2 weeks

Design & Architecture

Before writing a single line of code, we design the UI and plan the technical architecture.

Your Role
  • Review wireframes and UI mockups
  • Give feedback on design — colours, layout, flow
  • Approve the final design before development starts
What We Do
  • Design screen wireframes for all key pages and flows
  • Create high-fidelity UI mockups in Figma
  • Plan the database schema and API architecture
  • Define the tech stack best suited to your requirements
Phase 044–12 weeks

Development & Testing

We build the software in sprints, sharing progress with you weekly so you can track and give feedback.

Your Role
  • Review weekly sprint demos on the staging link
  • Test features as they are developed
  • Provide feedback or change requests early (before final)
What We Do
  • Build features in 1–2 week sprints
  • Share a staging link for your review after each sprint
  • Conduct code reviews, unit tests, and integration tests
  • Fix bugs and incorporate feedback before the next sprint
Phase 051–2 weeks

UAT & Pre-Launch

User Acceptance Testing — you use the software as if it were live and raise any final issues before go-live.

Your Role
  • Test all features against the agreed requirements
  • Train your team on how to use the software
  • Give final sign-off for launch
What We Do
  • Set up UAT environment with production-like data
  • Conduct performance testing and load testing
  • Fix all UAT issues raised
  • Prepare launch checklist and go-live plan
Phase 06Ongoing

Launch & Support

We go live, monitor for issues, and provide 30-day free support followed by an optional AMC.

Your Role
  • Announce the new system to your team or customers
  • Monitor live usage and report any issues
  • Plan Phase 2 features if needed
What We Do
  • Deploy to production with zero-downtime go-live plan
  • Monitor server health and error logs for the first 2 weeks
  • Fix any post-launch bugs within the 30-day warranty
  • Provide AMC / monthly retainer for ongoing support
Our Principles

How We Think About Client Work

Six commitments we make on every project — regardless of size or budget.

Scope is king

We document everything before starting. No verbal agreements. The project scope document is the contract — what's in, what's out, and what costs extra.

WhatsApp-first

All client communication happens in a dedicated WhatsApp group. No waiting for email replies. Weekly updates every Friday — always.

Full transparency

You get a staging link from Day 1. See your software being built in real time. No surprises at delivery.

Milestone payments

You pay in linked instalments — advance, mid-project milestone, and on delivery. Money tied to outcomes, not just time.

30-day bug warranty

Every delivery includes a 30-day free bug-fix period. If something breaks that we built, we fix it at no charge.

Built to grow

We build with your future in mind. Clean code, documented APIs, and modular architecture so Phase 2 is not a rewrite.

FAQs

Questions About Our Process

How long does a typical software project take at Infonoxe Technologies?

Project timelines at Infonoxe Technologies depend on scope: a basic business website takes 2–3 weeks; a custom software or mobile app takes 6–14 weeks; an ERPNext implementation takes 4–12 weeks depending on modules and company size. We share a detailed project timeline with milestones in the proposal before work begins.

Does Infonoxe Technologies require advance payment?

Yes. Infonoxe Technologies requires an advance payment before beginning any project. Typically this is 40–50% of the total project cost upfront, with the remaining balance due in milestone-linked instalments as agreed in the project contract. This ensures commitment from both sides and funds the initial development phase.

How does Infonoxe Technologies communicate with clients during the project?

Infonoxe Technologies communicates with clients via a dedicated WhatsApp group created at project kickoff — shared between Omkar Gore (CEO), the project manager, and the key client contacts. Weekly progress updates are shared every Friday. Deliverables are shared for review on the staging link. Urgent decisions are escalated via call.

What happens if I want to add features during the project?

Any requirements added after the project scope is finalised are handled through a Change Request (CR) process. We document the new requirement, estimate the additional effort and cost, get client sign-off, and then add it to the sprint. This ensures transparency and prevents scope creep from affecting the original timeline.

Does Infonoxe Technologies provide post-launch support?

Yes. Every project includes a 30-day free bug-fix warranty after launch. Beyond that, Infonoxe Technologies offers Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) starting at ₹10,000/year for basic support, up to dedicated monthly retainer plans for ongoing development. Most clients continue with a monthly retainer to build additional features progressively.
