By accessing or using the Infonoxe Technologies website (www.infonoxe.com) or engaging any of our IT services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. All services are subject to a separate project agreement or proposal that specifies scope, timeline, and deliverables. These Terms of Service govern the general relationship between you and Infonoxe Technologies.

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of all custom code, designs, and content created specifically for their project. This includes website files, application source code, and design assets.

Infonoxe Technologies retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing before project commencement.

Pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and third-party assets (e.g., React, Tailwind CSS, open-source plugins) used in projects remain subject to their original licences and are not transferred as proprietary assets.

The Infonoxe Technologies name, logo, branding, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Infonoxe Technologies. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.

6. Use of Our Website

• You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, servers, or systems.
• You must not use our website to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful or unlawful content.
• You must not scrape, copy, or reproduce content from our website without prior written consent.
• We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website for any user who violates these terms.

Infonoxe Technologies is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. This includes business strategies, unpublished content, pricing structures, and technical details. This obligation continues for two (2) years after the conclusion of the project, unless information becomes publicly available through no fault of either party.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client is liable to pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. Infonoxe Technologies may immediately terminate services if the client breaches these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or fails to make due payments.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Any disputes arising from these terms or from services provided by Infonoxe Technologies shall be first attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. The "Effective Date" at the top indicates the latest revision. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
