What is CRM Pipeline?

The CRM Pipeline in ERPNext is a visual Kanban or funnel view of all Opportunities by stage, helping sales managers monitor deal progress and forecast revenue.

Viewing the Pipeline

Go to CRM → Pipeline. The Kanban view shows Opportunities grouped by stage (Prospecting, Needs Analysis, Proposal, Negotiation, Won). Drag and drop cards to update stages. Filter by sales person, territory, or date to focus on specific segments.

Sales Forecasting

ERPNext multiplies each Opportunity's estimated value by its probability to calculate weighted forecast. The Pipeline report shows total pipeline value and weighted forecast by stage, giving sales managers a realistic revenue projection for the quarter.
